On November 5, 2019, CREW Jax hosted the 4th Annual IMPACT and Chapter Awards, at The River Club, Downtown Jacksonville.  Over 100 people joined us and celebrated people, projects and initiatives that are making an IMPACT in our Region, and our Chapter.

4th Annual IMPACT Awards 

CREW Jacksonville Impact Awards. Recognizes the exceptional impact of an individual, project and/or initiative in commercial real estate industry throughout the northeast Florida region.  The area of coverage is Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Clay, Flagler or Putnam Counties.


Individual - Brian Wolfburg, President & CEO, Vystar Credit Union

The individual that has significantly promoted, benefitted or advanced the northeast Florida community. Achievement must resulted in significant, measurable milestones in the commercial real estate industry in the past two years


Project - Baptist MD Andersen Cancer Network

The commercial real estate project that has been completed with measurable impact to the community within the past two years.


Initiative - Emerald Trail, Groundwork Jacksonville, Inc.

The initiative that has been conceived and initiated with measurable impact to commercial real estate within the past two years.​

Rising Star - Kinita King, Regional Broker Coordinator, AFLAC

Awarded to a CREW Jacksonville member who has been a member for less than 2 years. This individual actively participates in events, committees, leadership, etc.

Awarded to the CREW Jacksonville member who consistently demonstrates commitment providing referrals, member recruitment, committee and community involvement.

This award recognizes someone who has the common spirit of camaraderie, enthusiasm, and devotion to a cause amongst members of a group.



Legacy Award - Pam Ricard, Brown Enterprises

This award recognizes a member, who exemplifies the highest standards of professional, social and cultural leadership - one who has given freely of time and energy to the promotion of excellence in commercial real estate.
