• CREW Jacksonville provides the environment for its members to advance their careers by promoting member-to-member business, providing leadership and educational opportunities, and enriching members through mentoring and philanthropic experiences.

    CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

    • Full Member
      Individuals currently employed in commercial real estate and having two (2) or more years of commercial real estate experience (e.g. architecture, acquisitions, engineering, design, property brokerage, property management, real estate law, appraisal, planning, investment, syndication, accounting, marketing, environmental, title/escrow, lending, public relations, mortgage brokerage, site selection and economic developmentā€”in commercial real estate).

    • Associate Member
      Individuals currently employed in commercial real estate and having less than two (2) years of commercial real estate experience.

    • Vendor/Affiliate Member
      Candidates not qualifying as a Full Member or Associate Member, which are providing goods or services to the commercial real estate industry and benefit the Chapter and further its mission.

    • Civic Member
      Individuals employed by local or regional government, other public agencies, universities or other educational institutions or not-for-profit organizations, who may or may not meet primary responsibility or experience requirements, but admission furthers the purposes of the Chapter and benefits our members, as determined by the Board after recommendation of the Membership Committee. The professions of these individuals may include Economic Development Agencies, Professors, Political Leaders, Regulatory Agency Professionals, and Municipal Agencies.

    • CREW Jacksonville Past President Member
      Any CREW member who served as a chapter president of any nationally recognized Chapter of the CREW Network, and who is not a member of the current Board of Directors qualifies to pay CREW Network dues only. Local chapter dues are waived.
